Born and raised in Germany, even as a teenager I wanted to be a photographer. With a rangefinder camera and a 90mm lens I sat behind the goal posts at Bundesliga matches and felt great next to the motorized colleagues. After the game we were pushing Tri-X® with Acufine® to 800 ASA, making prints and rushing our shots to the train station!

It’s been a long road since then and after a few detours in life I am back, working as a freelance photographer. My passion is action and travel photography, where not everything goes as scripted and magic moments happen.
